Abstract
Objectives: This study aims to analyze social issues and research trends on community care in Korea and to provide policy suggestions.

Methods: Using R(version 4.1.0), 68 domestic papers(abstract) and 529 news articles(November 20, 2018 to October 31, 2021) are collected under the keywords of ¡®community care¡¯. LDA(Latent Dirichlet Allocation) is implemented.

Results: The papers are classified into four topics: ¡®Living Space¡¯, ¡®Service Improvement¡¯, ¡®Policy Review¡¯, ¡®Linked Network¡¯. The news articles were classified into five topics: ¡®Leading Project¡¯, ¡®Returning to Community¡¯, ¡®Linked Cooperation¡¯, ¡®Medical Issue¡¯, ¡®Expert Opinion¡¯.

Conclusion: First, it is necessary to discuss the development of models and service targets that require care in the community, not in the form of service models focused on the elderly. Second, There is a lack of discussion on medical issues in community care. In particular, visiting healthcare and telemedicine can expect complementary roles in continuity of care and cost for patients with lack of access to healthcare. Through linking to them, it will be possible to promote the efficient use of resources as well as the purpose and effect of services. Third, efforts are needed to improve integration and linkage. In addition, there will be a need to strengthen the role of Regional¡¤Local Accountable Care Hospital in linking health care and social welfare. It is also a major task to build community resources by strengthening participation of community members.
